Prices were about right. The quality is better than store bought or big box bakeries. Service wasn't the friendliest, kinda dismissive. I was not impressed with croissant thing i got. I did howerever find the chocolates to be very good (highly recommend the lavender one). I was hoping to find more bread but it looks like they only do one kind a day on a schedule. The store was clean.

I hadn’t been to Au Péché Mignon in about 4 years, and after my bus broke down today I really needed a sweet treat to turn my day around. Unfortunately, the experience was completely disappointing from start to finish. The woman working there wearing a mask was very dismissive and rude, acting like I wasn’t even standing in front of her. When I asked for a recommendation, she barely acknowledged what I said and instead just went straight into charging me for the one thing I explicitly wasn’t considering—the sandwich. No conversation, no guidance, just indifference. The food itself didn’t help. The sandwich was stale and completely flavorless, and the croissant was just as bad—stale, mostly air and bread, with barely any chocolate filling. For something that’s supposed to be a bakery, it felt like everything had been sitting out far too long. On top of that, I paid $18 for what felt like low-effort, underwhelming food made without care. It honestly seemed like the worker was having a bad day, but it still reflected in the service and the product. Overall, it was TERRIBLE. I won’t be returning. Au Péché Mignon has an incredible selection of baked goods and chocolates. Pretty much something for everyone to enjoy. Their prices are reasonable especially considering all the items are made from scratch! While they do not have any available seating, they are conveniently located next to the downtown main library where you can enjoy your bakery items while reading a good book. Cleanliness was also highly prioritized which was a welcomed thing to see. If you are in the area, don’t miss this local gem!

I absolutely loved my visit tonight Au Péché Mignon! I am gluten free and the pastries were so beautiful and really good. And the staff was SO nice and knowledgeable about the allergy and their baked goods. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Smile ignites on my face when I saw the cake. Tallys authentic French bakery we love to stop by every time visiting the library. I called almost nine bakeries to check for Pavlova cake and they are ready to take it and make it as beautiful and confident as they are. Love the place and definitely recommend to visit this place. They do have a very good Tomato basil need to taste it.
